Tasting note

Although typically deep coloured for a Barossa shiraz, this wine is actually more restrained on the palette than most, with a mid-weight, medium body mouthfeel. The nose is spicy with dark cherry, blackcurrant and meaty aromas. The palette is smooth but with a touch of tannins on the finish, along with a generous serving of blackcurrant and a satisfying black pepper spice.
